What is AvtaleGiro?

AvtaleGiro makes it easy to pay recurring bills like your phone, electricity, and rent. Your bank automatically handles the payment, so you don't have to worry about due dates or KID numbers. Bills are paid on time, and you retain control over your account. You can also easily stop or modify individual payments as needed.

What is eFaktura?

eFaktura is a pre-filled invoice that is sent directly to your online banking. By using eFaktura, you receive invoices directly in your online bank. All you need to do is select the account to be charged and confirm, and the invoice will be paid on the due date.

AvtaleGiro and eFaktura are the simplest ways to pay your bills? You'll have peace of mind knowing your regular bills are paid on time, and you won't have to worry about filling in account numbers and KID numbers.  

Questions and answers about AvtaleGiro and eFaktura

AvtaleGiro takes the hassle out of paying your fixed bills, like your phone, electricity, and rent. Your bank automatically pays these bills for you, ensuring they're paid on time. You'll still have full control over your account and can stop any payments if needed. Payments are scheduled at least a week in advance, giving you plenty of time to review them. It's the easiest and most convenient way to pay your bills. All you need to do is make sure there are sufficient funds in your account.

You will automatically be asked if you want AvtaleGiro when you pay a bill in your mobile or online bank if the recipient offers it. You can then set up the agreement there and then. If you have previously declined an offer of AvtaleGiro, you will still find the offer by going to "Payments", "Payment agreements" and selecting "AvtaleGiro" at the top of the page. Here you select "Create new" by clicking on the three lines at the top right of the page. If you cannot find the offer here, you can enter into the agreement via AvtaleGiro's own website. Select "Enter into an agreement" a little down on the page. You will receive a notification of payments due either via the payment overview (at the end of the month) or directly from the payee.

In the mobile bank, you set up AvtaleGiro in this way:

Go to Menu -> Payments -> Payment agreements -> select AvtaleGiro, eFaktura and Fixed payments.

An eFaktura is a pre-filled invoice delivered directly to your online or mobile banking. It's tied to your personal ID number, meaning you can view and pay it in whichever bank you prefer, even if you have multiple accounts. You'll only receive the payment request in one bank, eliminating the risk of double payments.

Note: Deleting an eFaktura request or agreement in one bank will remove it from all your other banks.

With our "Share eFaktura" feature, you can grant access to your eFakturas to others, like your partner or spouse. You can choose to share all of your eFakturas or just specific ones.

Please note: Sharing eFakturas is limited to the bank where the arrangement is made. The person you grant access to won't be able to see your eFakturas in other banks.
