  • Add one or more cards  

Questions and answers about bank card

Don't worry, you can easily block it! Just log into our mobile or online banking and temporarily block it while you search. If you can't find it, you can permanently block it and order a new one. Your new digital card will be ready to use in no time. You can also call our 24-hour blocking service at +47 915 03 850.
Yes, you can use your bank card internationally at any terminal that accepts Visa. Please ensure that you do not have a regional block on your card. You can easily check this in our mobile or online banking.
  • If you've just received a new card:
    • Activate your card by inserting it into a chip-enabled terminal and entering your PIN. Once you've done this, you can use it for contactless payments.
  • If you're having trouble using your card:
    • Check your usage permissions: Go to your mobile or online banking, find "Cards" in the menu, and select the card you want to check. Under "Usage permissions," you can see if online shopping is enabled and if there are any regional restrictions. If necessary, you can easily remove these restrictions and try using the card again.
